Skating with the Storyboards.
“Storyboards” is a series of skateboard designs inspired by 3 different comic book styles: American superhero comic, manga comic, and old-school rubber-hose comic.
Revised skateboard- The purpose of each skateboard’s design is to recognize the unique qualities of each comic style. As you can see, the red design has monochromatic colors that heavily contrast with other elements. By contrast, the manga style (middle) has more colors than the other two. The manga style and topic is also less mature than the American comic style. The old-school rubber hose style is made to look very similar to traditional children story books.
